1. Who you are buying from

The seller is Sean Scott trading as UpOnUp, 1 Devon Way, Longbridge Technology Park, Birmingham, B31 2TS. Email hello@uponup.com. UpOnUp is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.

This standard offer is intended for websites used for a business or organisation. Tell us before ordering if you need a different type of website or have a specific deadline or integration.

2. Your £799 website

The one-off £799 payment covers planning, original visual design, copywriting, responsive development and an agreed enquiry route for up to 30 pages. We agree the page plan and the information needed to build it with you. Two consolidated rounds of refinements to the agreed site are included.

The standard offer does not include bespoke software, ecommerce, large data or product catalogues, new brand identity work, paid third-party subscriptions, domain registration or complex integrations. We will explain any separately priced work before starting it. No extra work is charged without your agreement.

3. Your part in the process

After payment, please send a short brief and the business details we request. You are responsible for the accuracy and rights to use the information, images and other material you provide. We will ask you to check business facts, legal claims, contact details and final copy before publication. Do not send passwords or sensitive account access through the public forms.

4. First review and launch

We deliver a first reviewable website within 48 hours after both your payment and the necessary business details are confirmed. This is a first review milestone, not a promise that the site will be live within 48 hours. We will tell you promptly if missing information or an exceptional obstacle affects that milestone.

After your two refinement rounds, we check the site with you and publish only with your approval and the necessary domain access. We will coordinate any domain change with you. We do not take ownership of your domain or existing email setup.

5. Hosting and chat updates

The standard ongoing service is £25 per month for hosting the agreed website and routine updates requested through team chat. Routine updates include text changes, approved images, opening hours and contact details on existing pages. New pages, a redesign, new functionality and complex integrations are separate work.

This is arranged separately at launch. The first monthly charge is due one calendar month after launch, then monthly. There is no minimum term. You can cancel by emailing hello@uponup.com before the next renewal; we will confirm the end date and stop future renewal charges. The £799 website payment does not itself start the monthly subscription.

6. Ownership and moving your site

After the £799 build price is paid, your finished website and project files are yours. We will supply a copy on request, including if you end our hosting, so you are free to arrange another host. Third-party fonts, software, images or other assets remain subject to their own licence terms; we will identify any material restrictions relevant to handover. Your domain remains under your control.

7. Cancellation, refunds and concerns

If you want to stop the build, email us as soon as possible. We will discuss refunds case by case, taking account of work already completed and any rights you have under law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. If a problem arises, please tell us so we can put it right.

Because the first review is intended within 48 hours, your order asks us to begin work after you provide the required details. If a statutory cooling-off right applies to your purchase, any effect of work begun during that period will be handled according to the law. Please contact us before paying if you would prefer work to start later.

8. Payment and communication

Stripe processes the £799 payment. We do not receive your full card details. We use the email address you provide to discuss the project, send progress and handover information, and answer support requests. Our privacy notice explains more.
